Emily Braucher, MA, MA, TCP is an executive coach and CEO of ReFresh Communication, LLC with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders build trust, strengthen teams, and collaborate across differences. Her expertise spans intercultural communication, inclusion and belonging, and the dynamics of ego, culture, and power that shape leadership effectiveness.
Emily partners with corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations worldwide, including Pivot Energy, Catalyze Holdings, Qatar Petroleum and the National Fire Academy. She supports executives in navigating competing priorities, resolving conflict, strengthening influence, and fostering accountability while sustaining connection with their teams.
With a background in the sciences, Emily makes interpersonal skills concrete and useful for analytical professionals, including engineers and clean energy executives. Her work connects inclusive leadership with practical organizational impact, including helping secure a $5 million grant for equitable EV charging infrastructure in Boulder County.
She holds two master’s degrees in intercultural communication and cultural anthropology, is a certified Transformational Professional Coach, and brings hands-on experience in more than 30 countries. Her coaching combines warmth and thoughtful challenge with insights from neuroscience and extensive consulting experience.
Emily has taught graduate-level communication courses at Regis University and co-hosts Humanize: Stories from the Heart about Social Justice, a podcast exploring equity and human connection. She recently received Business Rate’s “Best of 2026” recognition as one of Boulder County’s top consultants. Across her work, her focus is consistent: helping leaders bring clarity, humanity, and accountability to the moments that matter.
