Participants leave with a clear, practical adjustment they can apply immediately in meetings and high-stakes conversations. Leadership Dials © Immersion (2-day)

The Leadership Dials© Immersion is a focused, two-day experience designed to help leaders step away from day-to-day demands and strengthen their ability to recalibrate how they show up in real time. With dedicated classroom time, participants practice applying the Leadership Dials© in complex scenarios and receive direct feedback. Participants leave with practical habits they can use immediately in high-stakes conversations and a clearer approach to supporting their teams in navigating complexity. They will also build their coaching skills so they can empower their teams to navigate people-related challenges on their own.

Leadership Dials © Practice Lab (9-week)

Leadership Dials © Practice Lab is designed to fit alongside the demands of a full workload through a blend of live sessions, asynchronous learning, and peer coaching. Participants apply what they learn between sessions, building practical habits they can use immediately in complex conversations and team dynamics. This program is designed for leaders who want to move beyond insight into consistent, intentional action and are willing to practice and refine how they lead over time.

  • 1-2 hour of asynchronous learning

The Leadership Dials© framework is designed for leaders who regularly navigate complex interpersonal and organizational dynamics. Participants often include team leaders, managers, and cross functional leaders who want to strengthen their ability to work productively through tension, difference, and competing priorities.

The program is particularly valuable for leaders in mission driven organizations, sustainability work, social impact initiatives, and organizations experiencing cultural or organizational change.

The Leadership Dials© Practice Lab unfolds over nine weeks and combines conceptual learning, guided reflection, and application to real leadership situations. The program is intentionally designed as a learning cycle rather than a traditional training series. Participants return each week with observations from their work and continue refining their leadership approach over time.

The 2-day program runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm MT on two consecutive days. There will be a one hour break for lunch at 12:00pm as well frequent 10 min breaks.
